Aethlon Medical Discloses Head and Neck Cancer Collaboration

SAN DIEGO, April 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Aethlon Medical, Inc. (OTCQB:AEMD), the pioneer in developing targeted therapeutic devices to address infectious diseases and cancer, disclosed today that its majority owned subsidiary Exosome Sciences, Inc. has entered into a research collaboration with Thomas Jefferson University.  The goal of the collaboration is to advance a "liquid biopsy" that could improve the diagnoses and monitoring of head and neck cancer.  In this regard, researchers will seek to determine whether exosome-based molecular signatures correlate with and predict patient responses to therapy.
