Aethlon Medical, Inc. (the “Registrant”) previously reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Registrant on July 27, 2012 (the “Original Filing”) the appointment, effective July 24, 2012, of Mr. Phillip Ward and Mr. Thomas Wornham to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Registrant. The disclosure set forth under Item 5.02 of the Original Filing is incorporated herein by this reference.

 

On September 7, 2012, the Board appointed Mr. Ward to the Audit Committee of the Board and named him Chairman of the Audit Committee. Also on September 7, 2012, the Board appointed Mr. Wornham to the Compensation Committee of the Board and named him Chairman of the Compensation Committee.
